For sometime I had been looking for some land for hunting and camping. I soon realized it's very difficult to find property that's remote, but still accessible without traveling for several hours. Thad Roberts was the only real estate person that understood what I was looking for. He not only listened to me, he welcomed the opportunity to literally put on chest waders and wad across a swamp to find my perfect property. He's a true outdoorsman, great realtor, and friend.- Steve Gravely-Hyde Park Preserve
You were very attentive and helpful during the entire search process even when Teresa would go in a house and walk right out and say thank you but maybe not this one. Thad - you were so knowledgeable of the homes and properties that might be of interest to us and so caring. Because of your efforts, we were able to find a home within our price range with a wide waterfront view, elevator and great neighbors, which was very important to us. We have enjoyed many weekends since we purchased the property even though Florence came through and challenged us. Any real estate agency should be very proud to have such a professional agent on their team like you. Our future recommendations to family, friends, and personal referrals would be with you. Thank you so much,- Mike & Teresa Cude
Thad was very helpful. My move from Arkansas was made much easier by Thad's professionalism, keeping me up to date on what was going on with the seller. I definitely would use Thad again.- James Walker Jr.
